Voting Awareness competitions on theme 'Vote for Nation' held at SBS University
Ferozepur, May 5, 2024: The promising students of Shanti Vidya Mandir won the first, second and third positions in the various competitions held at Shaheed Bhagat Singh State University, under the Voting Awareness Program of the SVEEP campaign, for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
The students from various schools participated in the events of Mehndi, Rangoli, poster making and singing competitions conducted under this competition.
In the mehndi competition, whose theme was 'Vote for Nation', Mahak, a student of Class IX, won first place. In poster making, Vanshpreet Singh won first place, Vansh Sharma won second place and Navadeep Kaur, a student of 9th grade, won third place. Isha Arya and Rubeljot got third place in Rangoli and Aman Balan got third place in the singing competition highlighting the name of SVM.
The students have given full credit to their teacher Mrs. Harish for preparing for the competition on the Vote for Nation theme.
Principal Rajni Madahar and Academic Advisor Itika Garg congratulated the students and blessed them for a better future. She said that these children are a source of inspiration and the future of India, to strengthen the world's largest democracy.
