BJP candidate Ravneet Bittu promises to raise issue of granting status of 'Rashtramata' to cow in Lok Sabha

Ludhiana, May 6, 2024: Ravneet Bittu, BJP candidate from Ludhiana has committed to raise the issue of granting status of 'Rashtramata' to cow and stop the killings of cows in the Lok Sabha.
"It will be my first task after winning the Parliament seat", he stated in a letter written to Jagadguru Shankracharya Swami Shri Avimukteshveranand who was on Punjab Yatra during his mission to save the cows and give status of 'Rashtramata' to the holy cow.
Bittu said that he was MP from Punjab for the last 10 years but at that time he was in the Congress party. Every party has a different ideology towards the holy cow. He added that now he was in the BJP and is committed to our country, Sanatan and the holy cow.
Bittu said that when he came to know that you (Jagadguru Shakracharya) was on a visit to Punjab, Impressed by your discourse, I have decided to raise the issue of cows in the parliament on the very first day.
He assured the Jagadguru that he would strongly advocate the demand of granting status of 'Rashtramata' to the cow. "You can trust me", Bittu wrote in his letter.
