Big Question: Parampal Kaur's application for VRS rejected by Punjab Government?

There are specualations that BJP candidate Parampal Kaur's VRS (voluntary retirement scheme) application might be rejected by the state government.
A letter of the state government without having any signature or date gone viral which states that her VRS application has been rejected.
As per the letter, her resignation has also been rejected by the government with immediate effect, and she has been given notice to resume her official duties as MD PSIDC. As per the government, Parampal Kaur had resigned in an unauthorized manner. However, there is no official confirmation regarding this.
She is the BJP's candidate from the Bathinda seat. Her request for VRS had been stated to accepted by the DoPT, government of India which is the appointing authority of IAS officers.
Parampal Kaur is daughter-in-law of SAD leader Sikander Singh Maluka. She served as the Managing Director of the Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation (PSIDC).
