Cheema appointed as Vice Chairman of Punjab Mandi Board

Chandigarh, July 30 (Gagandeep Sohal) : Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal today appointed Mr. Ravinder Singh Cheema as the vice Chairman of the Punjab State Marketing Board after re-nominating him as the member of the Board under Section 3(1) of the Punjab Agricultural Marketing Act, 1961.
Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s office said that Mr. Badal cleared the file in this regard this afternoon and the formal orders about Mr. Cheema’s appointment would be issued soon by the Agriculture Department.
