Grand March in Ferozepur ahead of Ram Mandir Consecration Ceremony in Ayodhya Dham
Ferozepur, January 21, 2024: While Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be presiding over the Ram Mandi consecration ceremony in Ayodhya on January 22, a grand march, led by Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi, Bharatiya Janata Party's National Executive Member, was held in Ferozepur to commemorate the consecration of Lord Rama in Ayodhya Dham, after a long struggle of 496 years. The Yatra was welcomed with showers of flowers in the markets of the cantonment. Before the start of the yatra, BJP leaders and workers went to the Kuan Kabaddi temple and bowed at the feet of Lord Ram and Hanuman. This celebration is being seen as a matter of pride for the entire world but some people are trying to link religion with politics which is wrong.
Rana Sodhi said that Lord Ram does not belong to any particular party or religion but is the Ram of the entire world. He has also appealed to all the people to light five lamps in the evening on Monday, 22 January. BJP youth leader Anumit Singh Hira Sodhi said that the main objective of taking out the yatra is to inspire everyone to follow the ideals of Lord Ram. The entire camp echoed the slogan of Jai Ghosh of Lord Ram.
