Chandigarh, August 16, 2025: Reliance Jio has rapidly expanded its Jio AirFiber and JioFiber services across Haryana, bringing high-speed broadband and world-class home entertainment to more than 4 lakh households. The services include both fixed wireless and wireline technologies.
According to the latest customer data report released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) for June 2025, Jio had 1.79 lakh 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) customers in Haryana as of June 30, 2025.
With a market share of 78.5% in this segment, Jio holds a clear lead over its nearest competitor, which has only 48,785 customers. Additionally, 2.28 lakh customers in the state are connected through JioFiber and UBR-based Jio AirFiber.
Jio’s Set-Top Box, viewed as a digital gateway, has significantly boosted viewer engagement, with Indian audiences now averaging over 5 hours of home entertainment daily — double the global average. The box offers access to multiple OTT apps, live TV, gaming, and Jio PC — a cloud-based virtual desktop platform — all delivered through Jio AirFiber and JioFiber.
Jio AirFiber and JioFiber services now cover all 22 districts of Haryana, including major cities, thousands of villages, and remote areas. The rapid adoption of Jio AirFiber in rural regions highlights the growing demand for reliable high-speed internet.
The wireless service also overcomes last-mile connectivity challenges in areas where laying traditional FTTH networks is difficult.By integrating home entertainment, broadband, and digital services into one unified platform, Jio is offering customers a seamless upgrade to a premium digital experience.
