Students from CBSA, CGC Landran attend IDE Bootcamp
Mohali, 24 May 2026- Students from Chandigarh Business School of Administration (CBSA), CGC Landran, participated in the Innovation, Design and Entrepreneurship (IDE) Bootcamp 2026, organised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC), Government of India.
CBSA students from BBA, B.Sc. Cybersecurity, B.Sc. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) and MBA programmes represented the institution at nodal centres including Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhianaand Maharaja Agrasen University, Solan.During the bootcamp, students engaged in team-based, hands-on sessions focused on applying design thinking tools to identify problems, develop and refine ideas, and present solutions. The participation reflects CGC Landran’s engagement in experiential learning initiatives aligned with national-level innovation and entrepreneurship programmes.
The IDE Bootcamp is a national capacity-building initiative conducted across higher education institutions in India as nodal centres. It is an experiential programme designed to introduce students to innovation and entrepreneurship through structured activities based on design thinking, including problem identification, user-centric solution development, prototyping and introductory entrepreneurial pitching, supported by mentoring from faculty and experts.
