There has been a major reshuffle in the bureaucracy of Tamil Nadu again. The state government has issued two new orders regarding the transfer of IAS officers. New collectors were appointed in Ranipet, Nilgiris district, Nagapattinam district, Kanyakumari Perambalur Perambalur and many other districts. More than 50 IAS officers have been transferred in the state on a single day.
IAS Thiru Ashish Kumar has been appointed as Additional Resident Commissioner, Tamil Nadu House, New Delhi. Thiru A. Shanmuga Sundaram has been posted as Director of Handloom. TMT R Rajalakshmi has been posted as Director of Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare. SP Karthik has been appointed as Director of Prohibition and Excise. Thiru D Mohan has been appointed as Director of Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection.
Thiru J. Kantan has been removed from the post of Prohibition and Excise Commissioner and posted as Textile Commissioner. Thiru Thackeray Shubham Gyandevarao has been posted as Joint Commissioner of Commercial Tax. TMT Mageswari Ravikumar has been posted as Director Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services. Thiru Abraham has been posted as Commissioner Technical.
The government has transferred the collectors of about 10 districts. TMT M Aruna has been appointed as the collector of Pudukottai district. Dr. JU Chandrakala has been appointed as the new collector of Ranipet district. TMT Lakshmi Bhavya has been appointed as the collector of Nilgiri district.
Nagapattinam district will have a new collector. Thiru P Akash has been posted as Nagapattinam District Collector. Thiru CB Adhitya Senthil Kumar has been given the responsibility of Cuddalore Collector post. The complete list of transfer of IAS officers is given below-
