Mohali, October 9, 2024: Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) Landran, wrapped up Parivartan 2024, the college’s annual cultural fest, with a spectacular celebration on its final day.
Themed ‘Cultures Connecting Communities,’ the two-day event culminated in an unforgettable series of performances, leaving students and audiences filled with excitement and enthusiasm.The final day was filled with vibrant performances, cultural displays, and a spirit of togetherness that truly captured the essence of this fest.
The second day’s lineup of Parivartan 2024 included an eclectic mix of dance styles, such as belly dancing, salsa, street style, and urban fusion, which energized the crowd from the very start.
The audience was particularly captivated by the Sanskriti folk dances, which brought to life the rich traditions of various Indian states like Gujarat, Rajasthan, Bengal, and Punjab.
The performances highlighted the beauty of India's diverse cultural heritage, creating moments of unity and celebration among all attendees.On stage two of the event, the Music competition Sur & Strings took center stage with ten talented teams and bands performing.
The audience enjoyed an array of melodies, from soulful tunes to upbeat rhythms, as the competitors showcased their musical prowess. Each performance added a unique flair to the day, keeping the audience engaged and entertained throughout.
The event concluded with a grand prize distribution ceremony, where the best performers were felicitated with prizes worth ₹10 lakh, recognizing their hard work and creativity.
The highlight of the final day, was the live performance by popular singer Milind Gaba. It was the perfect way to close out the event, leaving the audience with lasting memories of an incredible night.Students and attendees expressed their delight at being part of this grand celebration and are already looking forward to experiencing next year’s Parivartan.
