Triple murder in Ferozepur: 11 suspects booked, Including 3 unidentified individuals
Ferozepur, September 4, 2024:: In a shocking incident, three unidentified individuals were among the eleven people booked in connection with a triple murder case in Ferozepur. The local authorities have launched an extensive investigation to uncover the details surrounding this heinous crime.
Among the 11 booked including three unidentified persons are – Ravinder Singh alias Ravi alias Sukhu, Rajvir Singh alias Daler Singh, Sukhchain Singh alias Jass Giani, Akshay alias Bashi, Gautam, Prince, Ashish Chopra, and Happy Mall.
On the complaint of Charanjit Kaur, wife of Paramjit Singh has been registered under Sections 103, 109, 351(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2) BNS and 25(6)(7)/54/59 of Arms Act. A car PB-15E5870, one pistol 30 bore with two magazines loaded with 5 rounds each and one magazine 32 bore with 7 rounds and empty shells.
As per the crime report, On September 3, 2024, around noon, a group gathered to pay obeisance at Gurudwara Sri Akalgarh Sahib. Standing at the gate with bowed heads, they awaited the arrival of a baby girl, accompanied by her brother Dildeep Singh, nephew Anmolpreet Singh, niece Jaspreet Kaur, and friend Akashdeep Harpreet, also known as Jyoti. As they approached the Gurudwara in their car, they noticed three boys on a motorcycle from the main road. All were holding a pistol. The boys were identified as Ravinder Singh alias Ravi alias Sukhu, Karnail Rajveer Singh alias Daler Singh, Sukhchain Singh alias Jas Giani, Akshay alias Bashi, and Gautam, all residents of Ferozepur City and nearby areas.
The boys surrounded the car and began firing, resulting in immediate chaos. Jaspreet Kaur managed to escape, but Kuldeep Singh died on the spot. Later, it was discovered that Dildeep Singh and his friend Akashdeep also succumbed to their injuries at Baghi Hospital. The attack was linked to an old feud involving Dildeep Singh and individuals named Ashish Chopra and Happy Mal, who had frequently threatened him due to their rivalry.
The incident has sent shockwaves through the community, with residents demanding swift justice. No arrest has so far been made in this case.
