Kuldeep Dhaliwal raids at Siswan; gets possession of 29-acre Panchayati land

Punjab Rural Development and Panchayat Minister minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal on Thursday raided a 29-acre Panchayati land in Siswan here with his team and got the possession of this land.
Dhaliwal informed media persons that the land was being encroached by one Captain Bikramjit Singh. He said that the land costs several crores as it is behind the Sukh Villas, one of the prime locations in this area. "Punjab government will remove all such encroachments on Panchayati lands. Our target is to free 5000 acres of Panchayati lands till May 31," said Dhaliwal.
