299 devotees donates blood in blood donation camp organised by Sant Nirankari Mission
Blood Donation Camp was Organised at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan at Phase 6 Mohali

Mohali August 21, 2022: Under the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, a Blood Donation Camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan was organized at Phase 6 today.
In this camp, a total of 299 Nirankari devotees donated blood. The Blood Donation Camp was conducted with the assistance of the Department of Transfusion Medicine, P.G.I.M.E.R, Chandigarh and Blood Bank, civil hospital Mohali.
The camp was inaugurated by the Assistant Commissioner of Mohali Municipal Corporation Shri Varinder Kumar.
He motivated the donors at the camp and commended their contribution toward the welfare of mankind.
Mohali branch's Sanyojak Dr. J.K Cheema Ji also expressed her gratitude to all dignitaries, donors and doctors.
She further mentioned that Sant Nirankari Mission had organized first Blood Donation Camp in November 1986 in Delhi at annual Nirankari Sant Samagam and it was inaugurated by Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj.
This initiative has been continuing for 36 years and the Mission has been organizing 7,317 camps and have collected 12,10,440 units of blood for the welfare of humanity.
This camp was conducted in the presence of Chandigarh's zonal in charge, Sanyojak, Mukhi and Khetriya Sanchalak, sewadal of Chandigarh Khetar.
Baba Hardev Singh gave the message to humanity that "blood should flow in veins not in drains" . The devotees of Sant Nirankari Mission are giving practical meaning to this message by working selflessly in serving humanity day and night, and are taking the initiative to the greater heights under the able guidance of present Satguru Mata Sudiksha ji Maharaj, for the welfare of mankind and for the development of the society as a whole. Sant Nirankari Mission works towards several causes world over, like cleanliness drives, free health checkups and consultation centres, free eye checkup camps, helping the needy during natural calamities, etc. The Mission also works for women empowerment and child development smoothly via several plans and projects. The Mission receives frequent laurels from several state governments for its contribution to various sectors in the society.
