Haryana: Revolt in Congress, Rajesh Joon resigns after party gives ticket to his uncle Rajendra Singh Joon

Bahadurgarh (Haryana), September 7, 2024: The Congress party in Haryana is facing revolt following the announcement of its 32 candidates' list for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections.
Prominent Congress leader from Bahadurgarh Rajesh Joon tendered his resignation from the party after his uncle and sitting MLA Rajendra Singh Joon from Bahadurgarh.
Rajesh Joon while talking to the media announced to contest in the election as an Independent candidate.
"Your brother - your son Rajesh June will always be ready to serve you to bring respect to the people of Bahadurgarh. This fight is not mine, now it is a fight for the honor of Bahadurgarh," Rajesh Joon posted on X.
