Panchayat Polls: Today October 4, last day to file nomination papers

- Panchayat Polls: Today October 4, last day to file nomination papers
  
  Chandigarh, October 4, 2024: Today is last day to file nomination papers for Panchayat Polls. During last two days despite government holidays Block Development and Panchayat Officer (BDPO) officers were opened to issue NOCs and receipt of Chullah Tax to aspiring candidates. Scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on October 5 and October 7 is last day to withdraw nomination papers. Voting will take place on October 15 and counting of votes will be done same evening.
