Haryana Governor inspects Medical College Mullana

Chandigarh, November 23, 2024 – Haryana Governor, Bandaru Dattatraya visited Medical College Mullana late yesterday evening to review the activities aimed at helping students progress in their education and other areas of development.
During his visit, the Governor toured the college's laboratory, library, research center, and hospital, gaining insights into the quality of education being provided. While interacting with the students, he remarked, "The future belongs to you. You are both the present and the future of our country. In today's world, knowledge is the greatest power for nation-building, more than money."
He also emphasized the importance of moral values in life during his conversation with the students.
Dattatraya further stated, "Today’s youth are the leaders of tomorrow. The youth will play a crucial role in building a developed India."
He encouraged the students to excel in both sports and education, highlighting that the state government has established gymnasiums in every village to ensure that youth receive proper sports training from a young age.
The Governor also urged the youth to stay away from drugs and stressed the need for moral education for children.
"We must all work together to combat drug abuse, as only collective efforts can eliminate it at its roots," he said.
