Originally created in 2002 by London bartender Douglas Ankrah at Lab Bar, the Pornstar Martini was intended to embody a feeling of luxury and glamour.

Ingredients
For the Martini:
- 2 oz (60 ml) vanilla vodka
- 1 oz (30 ml) passion fruit purée or juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) vanilla syrup (or simple syrup)
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Passoã (passion fruit liqueur, optional for extra flavor)
- Ice
For Garnish:
- Half a fresh passion fruit
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Prosecco or Champagne (served on the side)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Shaker:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Ingredients:
- Pour in the vanilla vodka, passion fruit purée, lime juice, vanilla syrup, and Passoã (if using).
- Shake It Up:
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.
- Strain and Serve:
- Double strain (using a fine mesh strainer) the cocktail into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish:
- Float half a passion fruit on top of the cocktail.
- Serve with Prosecco:
- Pour Prosecco or Champagne into a small shot glass or serve it on the side.
How to Enjoy:
Sip the cocktail and alternate with sips of the Prosecco, or pour the bubbly directly into the drink for a fizzy twist.
