Blast at residence of Former Minister Manoranjan Kalia

Jalandhar, April 8, 2025: A blast took place outside residence of Former Minister Manoranjan Kalia. Police teams have reached the venue and investigation is on. According to available details three persons had arrived on an e rickshaw and a bike. One of them allegedly hurdled a grenade at home. A door at entrance was damaged. Kalia was inside home when this attack took place at 1.00 AM. DCP Manpreet Singh and other officials have reached the spot and forensic teams are conducting investigation.
Manoranjan Kalia disclosed that blast took place ar 1.00 AM. He was sleeping at that time. He said that window panes at home and car standing at home have been damaged. Similarly doors of ths house have suffered damage due to blast impact. He said that police has conducted forensic investigation.
