Verka hikes milk prices; Read details

Chandigarh, April 28, 2025 – The Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers' Federation Limited (Verka) has officially announced a revision in the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of its pouch milk variants across Punjab, adjoining areas, and the Delhi-NCR region, effective April 30, 2025.
The changes have been approved by the Managing Director, Milkfed, and will be implemented from the morning of April 30.
Key Revisions in MRP:
No change has been made in the prices of certain variants such as DTM 200 ml, TM 350 ml, Skimmed 500 ml, FCM 6 Litre, and STD 6 Litre.Officials stated that the revision aims to ensure fair pricing in light of increased input costs and parity with industry trends.
Consumers across Punjab and the National Capital Region are advised to take note of the new rates, which will be applicable starting April 30, 2025.
