MP Sanjeev Arora promises to keep development momentum alive after election

Ludhiana (Punjab), June 2, 2025: Rajya Sabha MP and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate for the Ludhiana (West) Assembly bypoll, Sanjeev Arora, held a spirited election meeting with residents of Green Park on Sunday evening.
The event drew enthusiastic participation from local residents, supporters, and party volunteers, creating a charged atmosphere of community engagement and political energy.
In his address, Arora highlighted the importance of the upcoming by-election, urging voters to elect him for transparency, inclusive development, and public service.
“This election is not merely about selecting a representative, but about choosing a path of continued progress for Ludhiana,” he said.Sharing his achievements as a Rajya Sabha MP over the past three years, Arora detailed several development initiatives that have positively impacted the city.
“My focus has always been on meaningful and visible change. From strengthening healthcare and modernizing infrastructure to improving public amenities, my efforts have been guided by the people’s needs,” he remarked.
He cited key projects such as the Halwara Airport, elevated road, and the upgradation of ESI and Civil Hospitals as milestones achieved through consistent effort.
Arora also highlighted civic improvements like the installation of over 15,000 LED streetlights and the development of public parks, including the transformation of previously neglected municipal lands into green spaces.
The meeting also featured speeches from local leaders Bittu Bhullar, Mala Dhanda, and Vinod Aggarwal, who praised Arora’s contributions. Bhullar listed several major projects that were either completed or nearing completion due to Arora’s proactive approach.
Mala Dhanda hailed him as a visionary leader focused on Ludhiana’s long-term growth. All speakers urged residents to support Arora and vote for the AAP’s 'broom' symbol on June 19.The event concluded with resounding slogans in favour of Arora and AAP, indicating a strong groundswell of support ahead of the bypoll.
