  Breaking: Hearing on Bikram Majithia's bail plea deferred

  Chandigarh, July 25, 2025: The court has once again postponed the hearing on the bail plea of senior Akali leader Bikram Singh Majithia. The matter has now been deferred to July 30.
  
  In addition to the adjournment, a sealed report by the ADGP (Prisons) regarding Majithia's barrack transfer was submitted to the court. However, copies of the report have not yet been shared with either party involved in the case.
