PU Protest: Entry of Outsiders banned, student entry only by ID cards

Chandigarh, November 10, 2025: In a bid to foil attempt to hold a massive rally in Panjab University, Administration had deputed huge police force in the campus and specially on the entry gates.
Police personnel are not allowing entry of outsiders in the University and entry of students is also allowed on the basis of ID cards only.
It appears that University Administration has made elaborate arrangements to foil any attempt to hold a rally at the campus. Students are demanding immediate elections to senate after the Union Government rescinded the notification to reshape the University Senate and Syndicate.
