SGPC Independent Sikh body as per Constitutional mandate, interference in its working is totally wrong: Dhami

Chandigarh, January 3, 2025: SGPC President Harjinder Singh Dhami has opposed police probe in 328 missing saroop case and has said that police case in 328 Saroops case is a direct and indirect attack on SGPC and this is first such incident in 105 year history of SGPC.
Addressing a press conference here today, Advocate Dhami said that even High Court has agreed that SGPC is an Independent body with Constitutional mandate as per Act passed by the Parliament. He said that they will not allow police to enter SGPC premises for any probe.
