  Chandigarh, October 1, 2024: The Chandigarh Administration has declared a public holiday on October 3 under the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 on account of Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti.
  
  Public Holiday will be observed in all the Government Offices/ Boards/ Corporations/ Institutions including Industrial Establishments under the Chandigarh Administration.
