Jammu (J-K), October 31, 2026: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah got married to prominent journalist Nidhi Razdan, with the couple sharing photographs on social media announcing the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
Abdullah posted photographs with Razdan on X on Saturday, writing, “A new journey began yesterday.” He also tagged Razdan and included a ring emoji in the post.
Razdan responded to the announcement with the words, “It’s done bro,” in her social media post.
The development comes nearly three months after the Supreme Court granted Abdullah a divorce from his estranged wife, Payal Abdullah, following the resolution of their matrimonial dispute through mediation on July 31, 2026.
Razdan is a senior journalist and former NDTV anchor. She has also worked as an academic.
