CGC Jhanjeri welcomes new batch with NextGen Nexus 2025-26

Mohali (Punjab), July 29, 2025: Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri, Mohali, commenced its annual induction program, NextGen Nexus 2025-26. This week-long event aims to inspire new students with the right way of life, along with providing a vibrant mix of knowledge, culture, and connection, preparing them for their upcoming academic journey.
The inaugural day featured a spectacular live sand art performance that visually narrated the inspiring journey of the CGC Group, captivating the audience.
The opening ceremony was attended by Dr. Sudatta Kar, Vice President and Head of Engineering, Capgemini Engineering India, who delivered an inspiring keynote address that sparked curiosity and ambition in the new students for a successful career.It is noteworthy that the Jhanjeri campus attracts students from various states across India, as well as from several other countries.
On this occasion, the management provided information regarding the Pre-Placement Training Program during the session itself, emphasizing not only academic education but also training related to pre-placement and personality development.
Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, Chairman, CGC Group, extended a warm welcome to the incoming batch, highlighting the legacy of adhering to CGC campus rules and cherishing values.Meanwhile, Managing Director Arsh Dhaliwal encouraged students to dream of a bright future and work towards realizing those dreams.
Arsh Dhaliwal assured the students that they are entering an educational institution that not only provides excellent academic education but also prepares its students for excellent placements.
