Farmer leader Dallewal's health deteriorates

Chandigarh, February 26, 2025:Concerns have increased due to the deteriorating health of farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal. He has been on a hunger strike for the last several days, due to which his health has become fragile.
According to the information received, he has developed a fever of 103 degrees and doctors are monitoring his health. Efforts are being made to put bandages on his head to reduce the fever.
Dallewal and other farmer leaders are demanding from the central government to implement a remunerative Minimum Support Price (MSP) for all crops. They have announced to continue the struggle until their demand is met.
This farmers' protest is continuing on Shambhu and Khanauri borders. The farmers said that they are ready to further intensify the struggle if the government does not accept their demands.
Local people and other farmer leaders are also worried about Dallewal's health.
