Kathua Encounter: Three J&K Police Personnel Martyred, Two Injured; Army Jawan Airlifted

Kathua, J&K | March 26, 2025: In a fierce encounter between security forces and terrorists in Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir, three J&K Police personnel have been killed in action, while two others sustained injuries. An Army jawan has also been injured and is currently being airlifted for medical treatment.
Security forces have neutralized two terrorists so far, but intelligence reports suggest that the total number of terrorists involved in the operation could be between five and nine.

The operation is still ongoing, with additional reinforcements being deployed to neutralize the remaining terrorists. Security forces are on high alert, and a combing operation is underway to eliminate any remaining threats.
