Ludhiana residents got a major share in Modi's social welfare schemes and development projects: Ravneet Bittu
"Now it is the turn of people to pay back and continue with benefits for next five years"

Ludhiana, May 28, 2024: Ravneet Bittu, BJP candidate from Ludhiana Lok Sabha seat today exhorts residents of Ludhiana to reciprocate the gesture of Prime Minister Narender Modi who delivered a major share of social welfare schemes and development projects for the residents of Ludhiana.
Bittu while interacting with urban voters in the Ludhiana city today said that whenever he visited Prime Minister Narender Modi, he (Modi) had discussed the details of ongoing projects in Ludhiana and shared the data of beneficiaries. He said that PM was very sure that residents of Ludhiana would stand by BJP for the betterment of city and the state.
Bittu said that there were 7.34 lakh beneficiaries of PM Garib Kalyan Ann Yojna in Ludhiana Parliament constituency. Over 4 lakh people are linked with Ayushman Bharat Yojna.
He said that 3.7 lakh workers are registered with E-Shram Card Yojna. Lakhs of local residents were getting benefits of PM's welfare schemes which are personally monitored by PM office.
He said that the these schemes would be expanded and number of beneficiaries would also increase in next five years. He said that center government schemes are aimed to support poor urban and rural population.
Bittu said that the Pardhan Mantri Mudra Yojna launched in the last budget also got huge response in Ludhiana and 3.18 lakh small businessmen received collateral free loans. Ludhiana is one of few district where Pardhan Mantri Jandhan Yojna made score of 100 percent.
He said that even Ujala Yojna of PM benefitted 1.38 lakh poor people in Ludhiana city.
He said that there is long list of beneficiaries of PM Awaas Yojna, Kaushal Vikas Yojna, Sobhagya Yojna, PM KIsan Samman Nidhi, Deendayal Antodya yojna and Rashtriya Samajik Sahayata Yojna.
He said that no other PM in the past had launched so many social welfare schemes. He said that large number of small traders were able to run their business smoothly, large number of employment was generated and a helping hand was given to people living below poverty line under these schemes.
Bittu said that if Ludhiana would get representation in the center government, it would directly benefit every section of the society. He said that he would ensure that industrial workers from other states living and working in Ludhiana get full benefit of these schemes and get equal respect.
He said that he would not call them migrants since they are Indians and part and parcel of development of Punjab.
