Meritorious School Ferozepur honours 33 students for competitive exam success
Ferozepur, July 26, 2025: A grand felicitation ceremony was organized at Saragarhi Memorial Meritorious School, Hakumat Singh Wala, Ferozepur, to honour 33 students who excelled in national-level competitive examinations during the 2024–25 academic session. The honoured students successfully cleared prestigious exams such as JEE (Main and Advanced), NEET, CMA, and the Dakshana Scholarship Foundation test.
The event was held under the leadership of School Principal Dr. Satinder Singh (National Awardee) and Vice Principal Dr. Sukirti Sharma. Dr. Satinder Singh congratulated the achievers, their parents, and teachers, wishing them a bright future. He encouraged current students to draw inspiration from these achievers and strive for excellence.
Special recognition was given to Lovepreet Singh, who cleared the JEE Advanced exam and secured admission to the prestigious IIT Jammu. His success was described as a moment of pride for the school and a source of motivation for all.
The achievers shared their preparation experiences with junior students to help guide them for future exams. Former Principal S. Chamkaur Singh also attended the event and congratulated the students.
The School Management Committee Chairperson Mrs. Harbir Kaur, Vice-Chairman S. Sukhmander Singh, and S. Jagmohan Singh graced the occasion and encouraged the students with their presence.
Vice Principal Dr. Sukirti Sharma extended heartfelt thanks to the meritorious students, their parents, committee members, and staff. On this occasion, a special academic calendar for the 2025–26 session was also released by the Co-Curricular Activity Management Team, outlining upcoming school activities.
Other JEE Main qualifiers from the Non-Medical stream included: Ansh Dhawan, Kamaldeep Kaur, Uttam Singh, Amrik Singh, Daler Singh, Suman, Kajal Rani, Hargun Singh, Monika Rani, Sukhmander Singh, Rimpjeet Singh, Harvinder Singh, Akashdeep Singh, Gurpreet Singh, and Ramandeep Singh.
NEET qualifiers from the Medical stream were: Anisha Rani, Anmolpreet Kaur, Manish Chauhan, Manpreet Kaur, Navneet Kaur, Rajdeep Kaur, Suneha, Harshita, Husnpreet, Jasleen, Priya, Rachna, Rajvir Kaur, Rajandeep Kaur, and Harmanjot Singh.
CMA exam qualifiers from the Commerce stream were: Ram Teerath Singh, Gagandeep Kaur, and Monu Kumar.
The stage was efficiently conducted by Lecturer Ginni Bansal. Teachers involved in the preparation and mentoring of the students included Lecturers Ginni Bansal, Gurpreet Kaur, Vandana Dhawan, Rahul Gautam, Seema Rani, Jaswinder Singh, Lakshmi, Rooppreet Kaur, Gagandeep Kaur, Harmandeep Kaur, Amar Verma, Mandeep Kaur, and Co-curricular Activity Coordinator Daljeet Kaur, along with the entire teaching staff.
