Ludhiana, May 14, 2024: Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee's candidate from Ludhiana Lok Sabha seat, Amarinder Singh Raja Waring campaigned vigorously in Vidhan Sabha constituency Dakha today.
Addressing huge and enthusiastic gatherings in various villages, Waring mentioned the "Five Justices" contained in the Congress manifesto, which emphasize the party's commitment to justice, welfare, and inclusive development.
During his speech on the occasion, Waring sharply criticized the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for failing to fulfill the promises made during the last elections.
He mentioned the unfulfilled commitments, which disappointed many citizens and reiterated the Congress' commitment to transparency and accountability in governance.
Waring also took a strong stand against the Bharatiya Janata Party and accused it of practicing divisive politics, which threatened the unity and harmony of the country.
He called for a return to policies that prioritize the welfare of all citizens, regardless of background. "The people of Punjab deserve a government that truly works for their interests, not a government that makes empty promises or divides them," Waring said.
He said, "The 'Five Justices' of the Congress Party " . are designed to ensure justice and prosperity for everyone in our state. It's time for real change and together we can achieve it".
Waring elaborated on the "Five Justices" of the Congress manifesto and emphasized on social and economic justice.
He elaborated on Kisan Nyaya, which promises fair prices and support to farmers. Similarly told about youth justice, which aims to create sustainable employment for the youth. They also drew attention to labor justice, which ensures the rights and welfare of workers, and participatory justice, which promotes social justice for marginalized communities. Finally, they emphasized "women's justice", which is dedicated to the empowerment of women and the promotion of gender equality.
Waring's campaign in Dakha was warmly received by the villagers, who expressed support and hope for his vision of progress and justice. Meanwhile, huge enthusiasm and hope was seen among the voters supporting their candidature.
