Kotkapura, October 21, 2025: Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan celebrated Diwali by sharing sweets and cash with workers, the differently-abled, destitute, elderly, poor, and underprivileged sections of society.

He added that celebrating the festival with them and sharing happiness gave him immense pride. He also urged people to live with unity and compassion, spreading the message of love and togetherness.
