"Have requested Dallewal to take medical facilities": SC-appointed Committee Chairman after meeting Dallewal

Khanauri, January 6, 2025: The high-power committee formed by the Supreme Court met farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal at the Khanauri border on Monday.
After the meeting, former Justice Nawab Singh, chairman of the committee, said, 'We have requested Dallewal to take medical facilities. We pray that he gets well soon. Whenever he wants, we will be present. We do not have the authority to hold direct talks with the Center.
"We have been trying to talk to the farmers for the last 4 months. We had placed the initial issues before the court. The report has not been filed yet. We will present the report soon. The report will be in different phases. There will be a new meeting on this issue. The committee will build a positive bridge," he informed.
