Amritsar (Punjab), July 26, 2025: In a significant gesture of Panthic unity and mutual respect, the Chief Granthi of Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Termple), Giani Raghbir Singh, along with Singh Sahib Giani Sultan Singh, honored the acting Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib and Jathedar of Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib, Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargajj, by presenting him with the Guru Bakhshish Siropa.
The ceremony took place at Giani Raghbir Singh’s residence within the sacred precincts of Sri Darbar Sahib, where both he and Giani Sultan Singh, the former acting Jathedar of Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib, welcomed Jathedar Gargajj with warmth and reverence. The Siropa—an honor traditionally bestowed to express deep respect—was presented as a mark of solidarity and support.
