DSGMC president reviews preparations for 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Guru Tegh Bahadur
New Delhi, November 6, 2025:
Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) president Harmeet Singh Kalka chaired a review meeting with committee members and senior officials to assess preparations for Nagar Kirtans and commemorative events marking the 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur on November 25.
Kalka said the DSGMC is putting in place comprehensive arrangements to observe the occasion with devotion and scale, ensuring due honour to Guru Tegh Bahadur’s supreme sacrifice and enduring legacy.
He added that the committee will organise large-scale commemorative programmes, spiritual congregations and Nagar Kirtans across the national capital to pay tribute to the Guru’s message of faith, freedom and human dignity.
Calling the anniversary a source of inspiration for the Sikh Panth and humanity, Kalka expressed confidence that, with the sangat’s participation, the observances will reflect the spirit of devotion, sewa and unity.
