Currently, Neelima serves as the Chief Executive of the Punjab Energy Development Agency, a position she has held since March 3, 2025. In this role, she has been at the forefront of driving sustainable energy initiatives and promoting innovation in the energy sector.
Her leadership has been pivotal in promoting renewable energy solutions and aligning the agency's goals with India’s broader vision of achieving energy security and environmental sustainability.
