  Chandigarh, August 27, 2026: Over 4 Lakh Punjab Government employees are likely to join ‘Maha Hartal’ today to protest against non release of Dearness Allowance (DA) arrears and other allowances by the state government.
  
  Services in government offices are likely to be effected besides, schools, colleges will remain closed.
