CSE professor from CGC Landran honoured with ISTE Best Teacher Award 2024

Prof. (Dr.) Gagan Deep Jindal, from the Department of Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Chandigarh Engineering College, (CEC-CGC Landran), has been conferred with the prestigious Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) ‘Best Teacher Award 2024.’ The award ceremony, held at Bhai Gurdas Institute of Engineering & Technology, Punjab (BGIET) Sangrur, recognized Dr. Jindal’s exemplary contributions to technical education and research.
His dedication to advancing educational standards and inspiring future leaders was commended by prominent dignitaries, including Dr. Susheel Mittal, Vice Chancellor, IKGPTU; Dr. Pratap Singh Kakasaheb Desai, President, ISTE; Prof. (Dr.) Boota Singh Sidhu, Former Vice Chancellor, MRSPTU Bathinda; and Prof. (Dr.) R. P. Singh Sukerchakia, ISTE Section Chairman for Punjab, Chandigarh, H.P., and J&K. ISTE is a non-profit, national organization of educators in the field of Engineering and Technology, which regularly contributes in various missions of the Union Government.
