Censor-Board Breaking: CBFC Reconstituted with 18 Members; Hans Raj Hans, Preity Zinta Among New Members

New Delhi, 16 SEP 2026- The Government of India has reconstituted the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with immediate effect for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Hans Raj Hans and Preity Zinta are among the 18 members appointed to the CBFC.
The reconstitutedBoard comprises the following 18 members:
