Haryana brings 7 Horticulture services under Right to Service Act

Chandigarh, May 23, 2025 - The Haryana Government has brought 7 services of the Horticulture Department within the ambit of the Right to Service Act, 2014, ensuring a defined timeline for their delivery.
A notification in this regard was issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi.The notification states that for the Sanction of application upon submission of complete documents on Hortnet, a timeline of 21 days has been set and for the Grant of Nursery Fruit Licence and Nursery Seed Licence, a timeline of 90 been days has set.
The Disbursement of subsidy after physical verification subject to availability of funds has to be done in 30 days.
For the Disbursal of incentive after submission of the claim by the claimant and Settlement of claim after approval from competent authority under the Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana (BBY), a timeline of 21 days has been set.
For the Enlistment of Farmer Producer Organization upon submission of complete documents and feasibility report of the formation of FPO, a timeline of 45 days has been set.
Additionally, designated officers, first grievance redressal authorities, and second grievance redressal authorities have been notified to facilitate timely service delivery.
