S.S. Channi of Mohali has been appointed as the Chief Spokesperson of the Punjab BJP, while Vineet Joshi, also from Mohali, has been given the responsibility of State Media Head.
The party has appointed Pritpal Singh Baliawal of Ludhiana and Parampal Kaur Sidhu of Bathinda Rural as State Media Co-Incharges.
The appointments were announced by Punjab BJP president Sardar Kewal Singh Dhillon after receiving approval from the party’s national president, Nitin Nabin.
The newly constituted media team is expected to play an important role in strengthening the party’s communication network, coordinating with the media and taking the BJP’s policies, programmes and political stand to people across Punjab.
The appointments come as part of a broader restructuring of the Punjab BJP’s organisational setup, which also includes new state office-bearers, leaders of various Morchas and members of the party’s digital and communication wings.
Congratulating the newly appointed leaders, Dhillon expressed confidence that the new team would work with dedication and discipline to further strengthen the party’s organisation and expand its outreach across the state.
