Mann made the said appeal during the press conference, the clip of which was shared by AAP on its Twitter account.
“Sidhu Saab, you tweet almost every day. I appeal to you to tweet on a power purchase deal with Larsen and Toubro. While making this appeal, I also want to warn you that after this tweeting on this matter, you will get a call directly from Janpath from Rahul Gandhi.”
In response to the AAP leader challenge, Sidhu, while not commenting on the said power deal, shared an old video clipping where AAP leaders including Mann himself are commending Sidhu for being an upfront leader.
Sidhu posted an old video clip where AAP national spokesperson Sanjay Singh is praising Sidhu and his wife and former legislator Navjot Kaur Sidhu post him quitting BJP for raising various issues related to Punjab including Sacrilege, Drugs, Farmers Issues, corruption, and power crisis.

Be it Before 2017- Beadbi, Drugs, Farmers Issues, Corruption & Power Crisis faced by People of Punjab raised by me or today as I present “Punjab Model” It is clear they know - who is fighting for Punjab,” Sidhu wrote on Twitter along with the video.
“If the Opposition dares to question me, yet they can’t escape my Pro-People Agenda ... This means they have resigned to their fate !!,” he further wrote.
