Kejriwal wasted in crores from public exchequer on media campaigns, says Meenakshi Lekhi

Chandigarh, January 30, 2022:The Congress and APP need to refrain from the deceit of taking credit in Punjab and Delhi for “ projects” which have been funded by the central government, said Meenakshi Lekhi state External Minister here today.
Addressing a press conference Lekhi who is also a two-time Member Parliament from Delhi said that “major restoration work to restore the heritage buildings Jallianwala bagh, Durgiana Temple Plaza walk, Rambagh Deorhi, Qila Ahluwalia, and famous heritage walk have been funded by Central government.
"The Kartarpur corridor is an initiative of the BJP. After Independence, the sentiments of the Punjabi’s were considered and Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi allocated Rs 120 crore for the project from Dera Baba Nanak in Gurdaspur to Kartarpur Sahib," said Meenakshi Lekhi.
Lekhi added that Tourist infrastructures in Amritsar cost Rs 8 crores. Heritage Path at Anandpur Sahib for Rs 28.99 crores, Mir Miran, Jajah Haveli of Divan Todar Mal, Shahid Uddham Singh was restored at 19.20 crores
Taking a dig at APP supremo Arvind Kejriwal she said “There is a unique role model which can be attributed to Kejriwal that is misleading and propagating his self-interests. There is no score card of seven years of governance by APP but yes he is a “ poster Man” who spends more energy and wastes public exchequer money on his media campaign."
