- Will rotational CM Formula be tried in Punjab?

  Chandigarh, February 4, 2022: Amid Punjab Congress infighting for the CM face ahead of the Punjab Assembly Elections, there is a possibility that the Congress leadership might take a middle road and adopt rotational CM Formula in Punjab.
  
  As reported by a National TV News Channel, a proposal has been floated for the rotational CM Formula where two and a half years will be given to each leader to lead the state if the party comes to power in Punjab after Punjab Assembly Elections 2022.
  
  The call on the proposal will reportedly be taken by the party high command later tonight.
  
  Punjab current CM Charanjit Singh Channi and Punjab Congress president Navjot Singh Sidhu are both strong contenders for Punjab's CM face.
