Himanshu Jain after taking charge as DC: "No stone will be left unturned for development of Sri Anandpur Sahib"

Sri Anandpur Sahib, September 14,2024 Himanshu Jain IAS, after taking charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Rupnagar district, paid obeisance at Takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib at Sri Anandpur Sahib.
He was honored with a siropa and a commemorative picture of Takhat Keshgarh Sahib by Manager Malkit Singh, Additional Manager Karmjit Singh, and Head Granthi Juginder Singh.
On this occasion, while interacting with journalists, the Deputy Commissioner said that Sri Anandpur Sahib is a sacred land blessed by the Guru Sahibs. The opportunity to serve this place would always be a memorable moment of his life.
He said that no stone will be left unturned for the development and progress of Sri Anandpur Sahib and its surrounding areas. He said that the problems of this region will be solved on a priority basis.
Lakhs of devotees come from across the country and abroad to pay obeisance at the religious sites of this holy city, and keeping their sentiments in mind, this holy religious-historical city will be equipped with all basic facilities.
Special arrangements will be made for cleanliness in this area. With him, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Rajpal Singh Sekhon, Tehsildar Sandeep Kumar, and Naib Tehsildar were also present.
