Mohali, September 15, 2024: Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri campus signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Staffordshire University, UK, marking a pivotal moment in their academic collaboration.
The partnership aims to enhance educational and research exchanges, offering significant opportunities for student and faculty development through joint research projects, exchange programs, and curriculum enrichment.
The MoU formalized CGC Jhanjeri's commitment to fostering global academic ties and providing its community with access to international resources and expertise.
One of the highlights of the visit was the Executive Development Programme, which brought together faculty members from both institutions to discuss strategies for future collaborations.
Additionally, guest lectures from experts like Prof. Redent Tonna and Prof. Chris Hawkins enriched the academic experience for CGC students, addressing key topics like Finite Element Analysis and cyber security.
Jonathan Disley introduced the various academic pathways available at Staffordshire University, further solidifying the partnership’s potential to offer CGC students global exposure and advanced academic opportunities.
