Honesty is Still Alive: Railway staff returns lost iPhone to passenger

Ferozepur, September 15, 2024 – In a heart-warming display of honesty and dedication, a railway inquiry and reservation supervisor, Sunny, fulfilled his social responsibility by returning a lost Apple iPhone to its rightful owner.
Today, a passenger named Akash accidentally left his Apple iPhone at counter number 2702 of the Passenger Reservation Center at Amritsar Railway Station while booking a ticket. Upon discovering the iPhone, Sunny promptly retrieved the passenger’s contact number from the reservation slip and immediately called him. Thanks to Sunny’s swift actions, the phone was quickly returned to Akash. Grateful for the return of his phone, Akash expressed his heartfelt thanks to Indian Railways and praised the dedication of the railway staff.
In recognition of this commendable act, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Paramdeep Singh Saini announced that railway inquiry and reservation supervisor, Sunny would be awarded a certificate of appreciation to inspire other staff members to perform similar praiseworthy deeds. Meanwhile, he also urged passengers to take care of their belongings.
