  Chandigarh, November 19, 2024: Former Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi has apologized for his recent controversial remark on women.
  
  Congress MP Charanjit Singh Channi, responding to the notice sent by the Punjab Women Commission Chairperson regarding his statement, said, ‘I just shared a joke I heard from someone. If it hurt anyone’s sentiments, I sincerely apologize with folded hands.
