Chandigarh, November 20, 2024 – Haryana Agricultural and Farmers Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana today congratulated Dr. Seema Parmar, Deputy Librarian at CCSHAU, on her recent recognition with the prestigious "ASLIP Female Personality Award."
