- Delhi Polls: 8 MLAs join BJP day after quitting AAP

  New Delhi, February 1, 2025: A total of eight Delhi MLAs joined the BJP a day after they quit the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).Notably, seven of the eight legislators quit AAP after being denied a ticket to contest the Delhi polls.
  
  The MLAs who joined the BJP are Vandana Gaur (Palam), Rohit Mehraulia (Trilokpuri), Girish Soni (Madipur), Madan Lal (Kasturba Nagar), Rajesh Rishi (Uttam Nagar), BS Joon (Bijwasan), Naresh Yadav (Mehrauli) and Pawan Sharma (Adarsh Nagar).
