Brahma Kumaris hosts 15-Day exhibition in Ferozepur to foster stress relief

Sister Sunishtha of the Brahma Kumaris shared that a ‘Mind Spa & Mood Clinic’ has been established at the exhibition, offering visitors guidance through audio and video messages. Those struggling with stress or seeking inner peace can benefit from this initiative to lead a more balanced and serene life.
Sisters Sharmishtha and Dimple emphasized that the exhibition provides practical tips on achieving mental stability and inner calm. The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing the public to participate freely and gain insights into stress relief techniques.
A senior social worker highlighted a personal testimony, sharing that Mrs. Neelam Narang successfully alleviated her mental stress through meditation. By improving her concentration, she strengthened her spiritual connection and found a clear path to inner peace.
